The PlayStation Vita game Bokosuka Girls: Tatsunoko Gakuen Climax has quietly updated their main site to show a message saying that development for the game has paused. The game originally was announced in 2013.

The game’s premise had girls transforming into super heroes based on Tatsunoko properties, and it was to be an action game with destructible clothing elements.

According to the main site, the game continued to be in development since 2013, but after reviewing the current state of consumer games, and the direction Tatsunoko wants to take, game development has been put on pause. The game may be announced in a different format in the future.

Bokosuka Girls: Tatsunoko Gakuen Climax was originally in active development for PlayStation Vita.
