Cave Story+ Will Be Getting Local Multiplayer In A Free Update Following Its Release On Switch

Last month, Nicalis announced that Cave Story+  would be coming to the Switch on June 23rd, as well as getting a physical release for the console. Nicalis has revealed today that the game will be receiving local multiplayer after it launches for the Switch via a free update.

Cave Story+ will release for the Nintendo Switch on June 23rd. It is also available for PC, Wii, DS, 3DS, and PlayStation Portable.
