Love and an expansion pack for Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2 are in the air this week. Included in Namco Bandai’s latest batch of downloadable missions is one specially for Valentine’s day.
Ai no Valentine (Valentine’s Love) has players protect an ally from an assault. Do a good job as a male character and you get lots of chocolates. Do a good job as a female character and you give lots of chocolates. Yeah, you read that right. In Japan women give men chocolates for Valentine’s Day. Exactly one month later men return the favor on White Day where they give women chocolates on White Day.
Hmm… I wonder how Namco Bandai will localize this mission in North America. We won’t get the game until way after Valentine’s Day, but if you have a Japanese copy lying around you can get this mission pack for free on February 12.
