Child of Eden Is Rez + Natal

The inital lineup of Kinect games made some scoff, but Child of Eden may convince you.

Q Entertainment and Ubisoft took the essence of Rez, visual style and all, and turned it into a Kinect game. We’re watching Mizuguchi-san fire bullets at sea like creatures by waving his hand.

“So this is my new game, Child of Eden“, Mizuguchi announced. “In association with Microsoft Kinect I am able to create a synthesia exeprience.” Synesthesia is a condition during which “stimulation of one sensory or cognitive pathway leads to automatic, involuntary experiences in a second sensory or cognitive pathway.”
