Corpse Party: Blood Drive Gives Us Another Look At The New Characters

The Corpse Party saga continues from the PSP game, Corpse Party: Book of Shadows, to PlayStatioN Vita with Corpse Party: Blood Drive. In this story Ayumi Shinozaki will need to get the Book of Shadows to bring her friends back to life. 5pb shows us the game’s opening video.

If you haven’t been following the series, the sequel takes place two months after Corpse Party: Book of Shadows, where Ayumi finds herself severely ill from the effects of black magic. However, she was saved by Naomi Nakashima, who managed to take her to the hospital just in time.

At the hospital, she meets a girl who claims to be a spiritual associate of her sister, Hinoe, who then tells her that she must retrieve the Book of Shadows, as a message passed on from Hinoe.

Once she’s dismissed from the hospital, Ayumi then meets a mysterious young man who tells her that the book can also be used to bring her friends back to life…

Corpse Party: Blood Drive is slated for release in Japan on July 24, 2014 for PlayStation Vita.
