One of the big improvements with Cotton Reboot‘s Arrange mode are massively cleaned up graphics, although you can still play the game as it originally was in the X68k Mode.

There are also new animations and animation patterns in Arrange Mode, compared to the X68k version.

There will be a revamped Crystal system, meaning that more types of magic are usable. Meanwhile, there is a new system where shots will be powered up if you shoot at crystals, as well as new scoring system elements with the Jewel System.

Finally, Beep reiterated that the game will feature many famous composers creating new songs for the various stages in Arrange Mode. You can check out more info on the composers in our previous report here.

Cotton Reboot will release for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam in Summer 2020.
