Darkstalkers Resurrection is a two game compilation of Night Warriors: Darkstalkers’ Revenge and Vampire Savior in one digital download. Just like Street Fighter III: Third Strike Online Edition, Iron Galaxy is using GGPO netcode to handle online play.
Darkstalkers Resurrection has options to search for players based on region and ranking points so you can find players near you and close to your skill level.
There is also an option to search for players based on their ping. Higher ping means more latency and a choppier connection. If you want a more fluid match you can lower the ping setting from 300 (which means up to 300 milliseconds of delay) down. There is an option for GGPO delay too which delays your input. Setting this to zero means there will be no input delay, but if there is lag setting this higher will give GGPO time to rollback. You can set GGPO delay from 0 (choose this if you have a good connection) to 7 (choose this if you don’t have a good connection).
Darkstalkers Resurrection comes out on March 14 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
