Koei Tecmo revealed the latest footage for Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 with a look at the game’s “Owner Mode” feature during a recent Famitsu TKG live stream. [Thanks, Gematsu.]

Owner Mode is a new feature for Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 that makes players the owner of Zack Island, and the goal is to satisfy the girls, achieved by working and gaining experience to level up.

This mode has its own exclusive items, features, and other elements, including the “Raw Clothes Change” feature that lets you change swimsuits for the girls; however, you’ll need to close your eyes, and peeking will result in a drop of their satisfaction levels. You can see how it works in the above video.

We also got a look at the Owner Mode’s hotel and poolside areas, the Gravure Paradise, and a first look at the PlayStation Vita version, followed by the first-print bonus costumes shown on Marie Rose and Honoka.

Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 will release in Japan on March 24, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The Asia version will have English subtitles, and can be pre-ordered via Play-Asia.
