Dead or Alive: Dimensions Has Added Scenes, Tag-Teams, Figure-Collecting

As we’ve reported previously, Dead or Alive: Dimensions has a “Chronicle” mode that recaps the events of the first four Dead or Alive games, while helping players get acquainted with a bunch of different characters.

 

Dimensions doesn’t just provide a recap of the old games, however. It also contains scenes and events that weren’t in the original games, to help detail the series’ storyline. Additionally, like Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition, it has you collect in-game figures of the fighters.

 

This is done by taking photographs of the characters within in the game, although Japanese retailer, Game Star, who leaked the feature, don’t provide any details on this front. Game Star also confirm the presence of some sort of cooperative element, Tag Team matches, and online play.
