Imageepoch recently announced a new strategic RPG titled Stella Glow, which will be part of their celebration of their 10th anniversary. This week’s issue of Famitsu magazine provides more details about the game. [Thanks, Game Jouhou.]

In order to prevent the world from getting crystallized by the cursed song from Hilda, the Witch of Destruction, the four witches and a knight will band together to take her down.

As for the protagonist, he’s a young 17-year-old knight named Aluto… who has lost his memories. He’ll travel alongside his childhood friend, the Water Witch Lizette, and the Wind Witch named Popo who lives in a small shack located on the outskirts of town.

The Witches all have their own special songs, which can be acquired by “tuning” their hearts. As far as even scenes go, they’ll be fully-animated.

While details on the battle system still remains light, it is said to be quite the strategic system, with elevation differences on the map, with 3D characters shown in isometric view on the battlefield.

The producer is Hideyuki Mizutani, who worked on Fate/Extra, CCC, Luminous Arc 3, and more. Dai Oba, who worked as lead planner for Okami and directed 7th Dragon 2020-II will be the director for Stella Glow.

Stella Glow is in development for Nintendo 3DS.
