Neverending Nightmares, now available on PS4 and Vita, was born from developer Matt Gilgenbach’s experiences with depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder, mingling those feelings into a game of constantly waking up to hopelessness and despair.

This version of Neverending Nightmares, which is cross-buy compatible, features enhanced audio and visuals, as well as clearer divisions of when its plot is set to branch toward one of the game’s uncomfortable or horrifying endings.

Neverending Nightmares tells the story of Thomas, a man who feels constantly besieged by his mental illnesses, personified as monstrous creatures that stalk him in an endless series of bad dreams.
