Devil Daggers is a 1990s-esque shooter full of skeleton demons. It places you in an unfathomably dark arena where you have to dodge around while firing daggers out of your hand at bony flying centipedes and flocks of divebombing skulls.

It’s a project led by one of the people at Hitbox, who previously released the platformer Dustforce, and is currently working on the first-person platformer Spire.

But Devil Daggers shouldn’t really need that pedigree behind it to gain your interest. The concept should be enough. The idea, by the way, is to survive for as long as possible, and there will be leaderboards so you can compare scores with friends and the world.

Vote for Devil Daggers on Steam Greenlight and look out for updates on its website. It should be out for PC by the end of the year.
