Nippon Ichi hinted at two future titles during the 2011 Akihabara winter festival. President Souhei Niikawa took the stage and said they’re working on a new adventure game slated for release in 2012. Nippon Ichi is also developing a new dungeon RPG with the Disgaea team.

This won’t be their first dungeon crawler, Z.H.P.: Unlosing Hero vs. Darkdeath Evilman released for the PSP last year was. Niikawa gave attendees a few clues about the game saying "seven angels," "high resolution characters," and "extensive customization" are keywords.
Niikawa also announced Cave Story for the Nintendo 3DS, which will probably be Cave Story 3D from NIS America and Nicalis.
