The new “Crowd Battle” system will put you up against a massive number of enemies at once. The game will throw in over 100 enemies that will simultaneously attack. The report describes it as like the part in the movie Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’ where they fight Frieza’s soldiers.

While taking on these massive battles, players can use existing special attacks with an extensive range, powered-up moves, and new special attacks learned from the DLC. The ‘Z-Combination’ is where you team up with a Support Character to coordinate an attack. Furthermore, if you need some more Musou style in your Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, you’ll get to instantly wipe out hordes of enemies with skills such as a God Speed Fist to a Maximum Kamehameha.

The “A New Power Awakens—Part 2” DLC will arrive in Fall 2020. In addition to the Super Saiyan Blue forms for Goku and Vegeta, it will feature Golden Frieza as a powerful boss.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
