The original item went on sale over 20 years ago in 1988. Square Enix is selling a reissue which they call Dragon Quest treasure chest returns. The wood box is 90 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm; 1:1 scale of an actual chest you could find in a dungeon.

How much does it cost? 365,400 yen after tax or $4,470. Mini-medals sold separately.

That’s more than a 1:1 scale model of Roto’s mark (10,500 yen / $128), Roto’s legendary helmet (13,400 yen / $164), and the Happy Birthday Slime (8,925 yen / $109).
