Each avatar costume costs 320 Microsoft Points ($4) except the Super Street Fighter IV t-shirts. Those are 80 Microsoft Points ($1) a piece.
And yes, buying all of the avatar outfits costs more than a brand new copy of Super Street Fighter IV.
