Ende Has To Literally Climb Through Pandora’s Tower In Nintendo’s Action RPG

Nintendo updated the official site with a little gameplay information about Pandora’s Tower: Until I Return to Your Side. In the upcoming action RPG for Wii, you help Ende gather beast meat to feed Ceres. Each morsel temporarily keeps a curse at bay while Ende works his way up the towers to defeat the bosses and break the curse.

And from these screenshots Ende has a long climb up ahead. You can see the game’s hero tiptoeing across a narrow ledge, hanging from stones, and pulling switches with the Oreichalkos Chain.

This tool is also Ende’s main weapon.The meter in the lower left acts like a time limit. It shows how long you have until the curse takes over Ceres. If it’s empty, Ceres becomes fully cursed and the game ends. You must retrieve meat from monsters by using the chain to fight and then return to Ceres outside of the tower to feed her. It’s unclear if you have to walk through the entire tower with the meat or Ende, perhaps, gains a special ability to warp in and out of the tower.
