Famitsu Wants To Know What You Liked About Persona 5’s Endgame For The Third Mementos Report

Recommended Videos

Famitsu is continuing on with their Persona 5 Mementos fan books even with the upcoming release of Persona 5 Royal, and once again, they want to collect opinions from Western fans as well.

The theme this time is Persona 5’s Final Hours. Here’s more info from Famitsu below:

Volumes 1 and 2 of the “Persona 5 Mementos Reports” have been released in Japanese (Japanese article). We’ve started work on the Japanese version of Volume 3, and would like to ask the fans once more what you’d like to see in it!

The “Persona 5 Mementos Reports” fanbooks are based on a series of surveys that ask you about your most memorable moments while playing Persona 5, as well as your biggest questions about the game’s lore. We’ll be storming Atlus’ Persona Team in Japan with your answers, which might include, for example from Volume 2, “What was on Makoto’s mind when she trailed the protagonist?”

The fanbooks will contain answers from the Persona Team and feature numerous illustrations from a rich lineup of talented artists. There will be many Q&A’s included, exploring background lore and answering questions like “What was April like for each friend before they met the protagonist?”, “What is Ryuji’s mom like?” and “What was Yusuke’s daily diet like when he was at Madarame’s place?”. Fun, relatable stories and memories submitted by fans will also be included. Your input helps us figure out what the fans want to see in their fanbooks!

This third Phan-Survey will help us with Volume 3 and covers July 10 to March of the following year in the game – from the end of Kaneshiro’s Palace up to the game’s conclusion. (We’re expecting a lot of questions about Futaba Sakura, Haru Okumura and Goro Akechi!)

Please note that we won’t be able to answer questions about elements related to “Persona 5 Royal”. We’re also aware that our English-speaking fans are waiting for localized versions of the Mementos Reports. The latter is still a possibility, and responding to this Phan-Survey could help make English versions a reality.

Futaba, Haru and Goro will be a focus of this survey, but please feel free to ask us about other party members and Confidants, too! The endgame is where many players will likely remember reaching max ranks with their Confidants.

You can answer the survey here. You can answer as many times as you like, and the survey will be open until October 27, 2019 at 23:59 JST. Again, keep in mind that this pertains only to regular Persona 5, not Persona 5 Royal or Persona 5 the Animation.

Persona 5 is available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. Persona 5 The Royal releases in Japan on October 31, 2019 for PlayStation 4. The game releases in the West in 2020.
