Fate Grand Order Grail Live

The Fate/Grand Order x Fate/Grand Order Waltz in the Moonlight/Lostroom collaboration event is finally live after being announced a month ago. It’s titled “Shine! Grail Live!! The Grateful Crane Idol.” By playing through the story, players can net themselves a free Foreigner version of Mysterious Heroine X Alter named “Mysterious Idol X.” As well, the 12 Spiritron Dresses announced over the past weeks will go live. Lastly, a new SSR Servant, Miss Crane, is now available in the gacha.

New Servants

The official Fate/Grand Order Twitter posted videos showing off Mysterious Idol X and Miss Crane’s Noble Phantasms. Mysterious Idol X’s Noble Phantasm, “Luminacalibur,” is a Quick Noble Phantasm that deals damage to all enemies. It also deals extra damage against enemies with the Evil alignment.

Miss Crane’s Noble Phantasm, “Perfection: A Grateful Crane’s Tearful Eulogy,” has a situational effect. It can only activate when you have over 20 critical stars. It also only works on the first ally in your line-up. This Noble Phantasm increases their attack and NP damage, and moves Miss Crane to the last reserve spot.

How Fate/Grand Order: Grail Live!! Works

The Fate/Grand Order event’s story focuses on the Master producing Mysterious Idol X into a top idol so that she can win the Grail Live. A gimmick of the event is that you need to be mindful of who you place in the center slot of your party. The center raises critical star absorption, and has a buff that allows them to recover critical stars every turn.

In addition, if you set Mysterious Idol X or a Servant wearing a new Spiritron Dress as the center, the background music will change. The 12 new Spiritron Dresses unlock by exchanging idol tickets that you can obtain throughout the event’s run, as opposed to other Spiritron Dresses that require QP or items.

The Fate/Grand Order “Shine! Grail Live!! The Grateful Crane Idol” event runs from April 26 to May 10, 2021. Fate/Grand Order is readily available worldwide on mobile devices, but this event is currently exclusive to the Japanese version.
