In addition to Final Fantasy VI and Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy V will wander onto PlayStation Network in North America. The news comes from the ESRB, which re-rated Final Fantasy V for PlayStation 3 and PSP.
We’re not surprised since Square Enix confirmed a Final Fantasy V re-release in Japan and Europe. Being a Super Famicom port, the PsOne version doesn’t have jobs like Necromancer or Cannoneer or the bonus dungeon in the Game Boy Advance version. You still get the core of Final Fantasy V, mastering jobs and adventuring with Bartz’s harem, in the PSN version.
