Final Fantasy XIII-2 Leaving Xbox Game Pass

Almost a year after it joined Xbox Game Pass, Final Fantasy XIII-2 is about to leave it. The second part of the FFXIII story appeared on the service on December 2, 2021. It will now depart on November 30, 2022. Until that day, subscribers can play it both on consoles and PCs.

As a reminder, FFXIII-2 is the second part of a story that started in FFXIII and ended with Lightning Returns: FFXIII. While Lightning does appear in the game, the stars are actually her sister Serah and newcomer Noel Kreiss. Following the events of the first game and people’s migration to Gran Pulse, everyone forgot Lightning existed. Paradoxes also appeared throughout history. Serah and Noel travel through time to repair the timeline and find out what’s happening.
