Final Fantasy XIV 6.01 Patch Notes Detail Pandaemonium Raid

Square Enix released the full patch notes for the Final Fantasy XIV 6.01 update. They include new information regarding the Pandaemonium raids. Specifically, it said where and how to unlock them. Additionally, fixes have been made in the patch. This included the bug where NPCs would float while following the player character for escort missions.

The website also featured a look at armor that will be available to obtain by running the Pandaemonium raid in Final Fantasy XIV. The new gear set is fashioned to look like a specific NPC that appears late in the Endwalker Main Scenario Quests. Additionally, players will be able to obtain these new armor pieces by running the Pandaemonium raid and collecting unique currency. The weapons will be available to obtain once Patch 6.05 releases.

The patch notes for the Final Fantasy XIV 6.01 update also noted that the amount of Allagan Tomestones of Astronomy required to obtain the weapon available upon completing the Endwalker storyline has been reduced. Players only need 500 Tomestones of Astronomy, as opposed to the original 1,000, to obtain the weapon.

Due to on-going server congestion, Square Enix halted all purchases of Final Fantasy XIV. This has included signing up for the free trial, which allows access to A Realm Reborn and the Heavensward expansion. However, this is only temporary, and sales for Final Fantasy XIV will resume sometime in the future.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
