Gal Gun Returns Will Head Westward in 2021

A missing piece of a puzzle is finally going to appear outside of Japan. The one Inti Creates Gal Gun game that was left behind is heading to the rest of the world. It and PQube confirmed that Gal Gun Returns, a remastered version of the original rail shooter will show up on the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC outside Japan in 2021, though only the Nintendo Switch version will get a physical release. In Japan, the console versions will launch in January 2021 and the PC version in February 2021.

Over 70 girls all want to be with the main character. Your goal is to use the Pheromone Shot to avoid their advances and instead go after one of the heroines he really wants to be with. Don’t worry, as the Pheromone Shot is an “Ecstasy Shot” that makes them happy while also letting you get away from them in Story Mode, Score Attack Mode, Doki Doki Mode, and Doki Doki Carnival.

Some of this remaster’s features were also revealed. Gal Gun Returns will have new CGs, bringing the number up to 250 total. There are over 420 kinds of underwear. There’s full voice acting, even for the NPCs. Also, all of the DLC will be back.

Gal Gun originally appeared on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in Japan and spawned two sequels that were released worldwide, Gal Gun: Double Peace and Gal Gun 2. Gal Gun Returns will come to the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC in 2021. It will launch on the Nintendo Switch and Xbox One in Japan on January 28, 2021 and on the PC in the region in February 2021.
