Qingxin flowers are in mountains around Liyue. You can also grow them in your Serenitea Pot, which is a luxury OG Ganyu mains did not have.
For her Talents, Ganyu takes Diligence. You can obtain Diligence Talent Books from Taishan Mansion every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. Her Weekly Boss Drop is the Shadow of the Warrior. You can obtain them from Childe. To level up a single Talent all the way to Level 10, you will need:
