Funimation is doing more to help prepare people for the English dub and sub showings of One Piece: Stampede. This is the 20th anniversary movie that first appeared in theaters in Japan back on August 9, 2019, but will be finding its way to North America in October and November 2019. A new, over one minute long trailer has been released showing off the English dub.
When you decide to see One Piece: Stampede in the United States or Canada determines if you will end up catching the dubbed or subtitled version of the movie. The dubbed version will appear in theaters in the U.S. on October 26 or 30 and in Canada on October 28 and November 8. If people prefer subtitles, then they should catch a showing in the U.S. on October 24, 29, or 31, while people in Canada should head to theaters on October 25 or November 5.
A major Pirate Expo festival is about to begin. The Straw Hat Pirates decide to attend after taking Cidre’s invitation. A hunt for Gold Roger’s treasure is a part of the festivities, and our favorite pirates are in. Many iconic characters from the series make an appearance, like Boa Hancock, Monkey D. Garp, Perona, Rob Lucci, Sabo, Smoker, and Trafalgar Law.
