Eastasiasoft has unveiled the first details, screens, and gameplay of its upcoming survival adventure Lost Sea, which is heading to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in 2015.

Things kick off with your flight crashing into the Atlantic Ocean and you somehow waking up in the middle of an exotic (procedurally generated) archipelago within the Bermuda Triangle.

From there, you’ll need to survive by gathering basic resources to restore health and stamina, but to escape you’ll want to explore the island to round up a crew and start building a boat to sail away on.

You’ll have to make plenty of decisions throughout your stay on the island, such as this example: “do you want to give your crew members armour so they can survive longer or torches that allow them to gather materials and protect themselves at night?”

While Lost Sea is designed to be tough, its world is a cartoon B-movie universe full of colorful foliage and energetic critters that’ll entertain and terrify you.
