Glory of Heracles Kicks Off Nintendo’s 2010 Releases

Data East started the Glory of Heracles RPG series on the Famicom. When they closed their doors Paon got the rights to the series. Like past works, Glory of Heracles is rooted in Greek mythology. You’re actually Heracles… with amnesia. Kazushige Nojima, the script writer for past Glory of Heracles games and Final Fantasy VII, drafted this story.

The game has turn based battles with touch screen control for magic and a Final Fantasy X style overkill system that encourages players to crush enemies with as much force as possible.
