Gotta Catch ’em again, Pokemon Ranger sequel arrives in March

This article is over 17 years old and may contain outdated information

On March 20, Nintendo is continuing the Pokemon Ranger series with Pokemon Ranger: Batonnage. Similar to the previous entry you can play as a guy or a girl and round up wild Pokemon by drawing a circle around them. Once you capture the Pokemon it temporarily joins forces with you. The gameplay doesn’t sound like it changed too much, Pokemon Ranger: Batonnage sticks to the core Secret of Pokemon feel with in Pokemon from Diamond/Pearl and mysterious Nintendo Wi-Fi support. As of now, Pokemon Ranger: Batonnage is only scheduled to come out in Japan, but it's nearly guaranteed Nintendo will release it internationally in the future.
