This is a total remake of the game with a new engine, updated hi-res graphics by Hirohisa Onikubo, full voice acting throughout the entire experience, and animated H scenes.
As with the original game, it has you trying to help out your little sister Kana as she struggles with illness, being in and out of hospital regularly. You also have a complex relationship with Yumi to deal with. There are multiple scenarios and endings to discover as you make your choices through the game.
