Capcom recently gave us the latest look at The Great Ace Attorney 2 on 3DS with a new trailer, and they’ve provided additional info in this week’s issue of Famitsu. [Thanks, Hachima.]

The Great Ace Attorney 2 revolves around the story of young Ryunosuke Naruhodo who pursuits the truth behind mysterious cases set in Japan and London at the end of the 19th century. In addition to Sherlock Holmes, we’ll see other charming characters make their appearance in the sequel.

On top of having cases and mysterious that didn’t get wrapped up in the first game, The Great Ace Attorney 2 will open up with new episodes as well.

An international exposition and a “Cursed Lodging” will be keys to the story this time around, and a scene showing Ryunosuke’s partner, Susato Mikotoba, visiting a grave was also revealed.

The Great Ace Attorney 2 is in development for Nintendo 3DS and is currently 35% complete.
