Gundam Witch From Mercury Nika Nanaura Voice Actress Changed

Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury will see one of its voice actresses replaced. Haruka Shirashi will replace Yume Miyamoto as Nika Nanaura in the Japanese dub of the series. The reason for the change is a result of Miyamoto’s poor health. Shirashi will debut as Nika Nanaura in Episode 10 of Mobile Suit: Gundam The Witch from Mercury on December 11, 2022. An official announcement regarding the change also appeared through the official The Witch from Mercury Twitter account. It is fairly straightforward, just highlighting that there will be a change in voice actress for Nika Nanuara going forward. There is no indication that Miyamoto will return to voice Nanuara going forward if her condition improves.

Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury is a new entry in the series. It features an entirely new mobile suit and protagonist. Alongside this, a special prologue novel was released. It covers events that occurred after the prologue anime episode. The episode itself went over events that transpired before the first episode of the anime. An official English localization of the prologue novel was released on November 10, 2022 and is immediately available to read.

Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury is available through various streaming services and the GundamInfo YouTube channel.
