Capcom posted a warning that users are getting error code 8007065d when they try to download the Ultra Costume Catalog pack 1 and the Ultra Challengers pack.

The error prevents users from downloading the content. Microsoft is investigating the source of the problem. Capcom humbly apologizes for the interference.
Xbox spokesperson Major Nelson posted a similar warning on his blog. Users can actually purchase the costume packs, but they won’t be able to use them because of the download error issue.
Update: Microsoft resolved the issue and the ultra costumes are now accessible.
