You can get Tatters of Thought and related materials from enemies like Memory Zone Meme “Allseer” and Memory Zone Meme “Heartbreaker.” The IPC Work Permit is a material you can get from Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Duty. This boss is available in Clock Studios Theme Park on Penacony.

You can get Meteortoric Bullets and related materials from the Calyx (Crimson): Bud of the Hunt in SoulGlad Scorchsand Audition Venue on Penacony. As for the Lost Echoes of the Shared Wish, it’s a material you can get from the Echo of War: Salutations of Ashen Dreams. This Echo of War pits you against Sunday and you can unlock it after clearing “And on the Eighth Day.”
