Here’s the Idol Showdown Hololive Fighting Game Release Date

The indie Hololive fighting game got a Spring 2023 release window back in March 2023, and now that’s been pinned down. Besto Game Team announced the Idol Showdown PC release date. It will show up on May 5, 2023 on Steam. The developer also revealed the final playable character will be Kiryu Coco and shared a trailer for her.

Here’s the Kiryu Coco trailer, which also shared the release date. As a reminder, Coco isn’t an active member of Hololive. She graduated back in July 2021.

Here are all of the Hololive VTubers who will appear as playable characters in this fighting game.

  • Aki Rosenthal
  • Hoshimachi Suisei
  • Inugami Korone
  • Kiryu Coco
  • Nakiri Ayame
  • Shirakami Fubuki
  • Shishiro Botan
  • Tokino Sora

The developer didn’t share a closer look at Coco’s unique stage yet. However, over the weekend it did show off the Aki stage Midnight Rose.

The Idol Showdown release date is May 5, 2023. It will be a free game for PCs.
