Here’s What Unsung Story’s Battles Are Meant To Look Like

Unsung Story developers Playdek have released a piece of concept art that they say is supposed to represent what the game will look and feel like during battles.

“It’s not an in-game render but hopefully helps to convey some of the level of detail that we will put into the game.”

 

Unsung Story’s battle system uses triangular tiles instead of square tiles on its grid. Characters stand at the intersections between tiles, and this gives them six possible directions of movement. You can learn more about the battle system here.
