How successful were the Burger King advergames?

Short answer: extraordinary successful. Pocketbike Racer, Big Bumpin and Sneak King (my personal favorite) sold a staggering total of 3.2 million copies. Burger King benifited from the deal too with a 40% increase in profits over the year. While that statistic does not take Burger King's other aggressive advertising initiatives into account, sales of the game alone forced people to walk into the home of the Whopper to purchase them along with a value meal. I admit the tactic worked on me. I despise eating fast food, but I happily strolled into Burger King to buy Sneak King.
