Cancel FFXIV Sub

How to Cancel Your FFXIV Subscription

Final Fantasy XIV is a subscription based MMORPG, this means that players must pay to access the game. And whatever reason may arise, there may come a time when you want to cancel your FFXIV subscription. While the Mog Station website may look a bit intimidating, cancelling your subscription is fairly painless.

First, you’ll need to sign into Mog Station. You do this with the same information you use to log into Final Fantasy XIV. Mog Station is Square Enix’s all encompassing Final Fantasy XIV platform. This is where you manage your sub, purchase items, and redeem game related item codes. On the left-hand side of the screen, you’ll see the “Service Account Status” option. Clicking this will take you to the page where you can cancel your FFXIV subscription.

This is also where you can set up a reoccurring subscription, or even renew your subscription if you intend on returning to the game. However, if you’re looking to redeem game time, you’ll want to click on the “Registration Code” option on the website. This is where you can add game time, or enter item codes, and manage other optional paid services.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
