How to Redeem Codes in Honkai: Star Rail

Honkai: Star Rail is finally available and, in commemoration of its release, there are many codes for players to redeem. Similar to many other gacha games, these codes will boost players with in-game currency such as the Stellar Jade, Credits, and Traveler’s Guides. If you’re new to Honkai: Star Rail and aren’t sure how to redeem codes, it’s fairly simple to do in-game.

First, log into the game and go to the phone menu located in the left upper side of the screen. (You can select it on PC by pressing alt and clicking on the icon or pressing Esc.) Once in the menu, press or click on the “…” icon next to your character’s name. This will open a submenu with two options. Select “Redemption Code.”

A new box will appear. You must write down or paste the code into it, then press “confirm.” A message notifying you that you have successfully redeemed the code will appear if it is still valid.

To claim the items from the code just go to the mailbox located in the phone menu at the top right side of the screen. It should be noted, you can use the mailbox only after the “A Moment of Peace” mission. During the tutorial before that, it will be locked.

You can also claim the code without opening the game at all via the HoYoVerse Honkai: Star Rail code redemption site. Log into your account, select your server, enter your character’s nickname. After that, enter code and press “Redeem.” As usual, you must claim the rewards through the in-game mailbox once the code is claimed.

Because of the game’s release, there are many login bonuses and even Twitch drops throughout April and May 2023. Hoyoverse also announced an All-Stars Invite event with physical prizes such as a PlayStation 5 and an iPhone 14.

Honkai: Star Rail is immediately available on PCs and mobile devices, and it will to the PS4 and PS5 eventually.
