Indie platformer, Spelunky, is headed to Xbox Live Arcade next week. Originally developed and released as freeware for the PC in 2008, Spelunky’s trick is putting you in a new randomly-generated set of levels each time you die. The XBLA version has new HD art, new audio, monsters, traps and more. Here’s a trailer for the game:

Spelunky also has offline multiplayer that lets you play co-op and deathmatch with a friend. Deathmatch can also be played against computer-controlled bots. The game will cost 1200 Microsoft Points ($15).
