Resident Evil 4 Remake Mercenaries Ada

The Mercenaries mode has been added to Resident Evil 4 remake through a free update patch. The classic version of Resident Evil 4 The Mercenaries featured characters such as Ada Wong, HUNK, Leon S. Kennedy and Albert Wesker, though the remake switches the roster up a bit. While assets for Ada were datamined, she is not currently available as a playable character in The Mercenaries mode of Resident Evil 4 remake. As it stands, only a total of four playable characters are available to choose from, and Ada is not among them.

That said, Ada and Wesker could potentially appear in future updates. Specifically, if Capcom chooses to release the Resident Evil 4 side campaign, Separate Ways, as paid or free DLC. Since both Ada and Wesker’s files included complete animations along with some voice lines, it isn’t entirely out of the question that both could appear. It could just be a matter of “when.”

Until then, players can pick from Leon S. Kennedy, Luis Serra, HUNK, and Jack Krauser when it comes to playable characters in The Mercenaries. Luis has replaced Ada in terms of playable characters in Resident Evil 4 remake The Mercenaries, as Ada previously filled the roster in the original. The Mercenaries mode has changed a bit too. Each character now has a “super” ability that can be activated after getting a specific amount of kills. Overall, the objective remains the same. Kill the most amount of enemies within the time period to get a high score.

The Resident Evil 4 remake is immediately available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC.
