Voice-actor, Wally Wingert, has a number of high-profile roles under his belt. He was the Riddler in Batman: Arkham Asylum, Mr. Gold and Mr. Silver in God Hand, and…wait for it…Jon Arbuckle on The Garfield Show.

Now he’s playing a role in “the latest White Knight Chronicles game,” which we assume is Awakening of Light and Darkness for the PlayStation 3. The information comes via Wingert’s blog:

“WOW! This was a crazy day! It started out with a long trip to El Segundo to the Mattel building. I’m voicing yet another new toy (can’t tell you any more about it unfortunately) but it’s going to be a good one! When I finished up there, I went to Atlantis studios in Santa Monica. When I was doing the latest “White Knight Chronicles” game, we had forgotten to grab a couple of lines. So I went in, did 3 takes of 3 lines and was out in under 5 minutes. WILD!”

Sony still haven’t officially announced White Knight Chronicles: Awakening of Light and Darkness for a localized release. Here’s what the intro movie looks like.

Thanks for the tip Devin!
