The Kirby series 25th Anniversary Twitter recently tweeted out a teaser video for King Dedede’s boss fight in the upcoming Kirby Star Allies, showing off his ‘transformation’. Now he’s ready to take down Kirby once and for all!

ワタクシとした事が、あまりの出来事に慌ててしまいましたわ。

It seems that the boss fight will revolve around the pillars in the King’s castle, as he will grab onto them to swing around and deal damage. One shot in the trailer shows his hand getting stuck in the ground, giving ample time to stage a counterattack.
Kirby Star Allies will be released on the Nintendo Switch on March 16, 2018.
