The official Japanese name for Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is pronounced the same way as it is in English. However, the “Kunitsu-Gami” part of the title is spelled using the kanji 祇, which roughly translates to “local deity” or “gods of the land.” While the Japanese word “kunitsukami” is usually spelled using different kanji, this is also one of the alternate pronunciations for the kanji 祇.

Additionally, the Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess X (previously Twitter) official account is now open, and a new present campaign offers people the chance to win a t-shirt with key art of the game and an Amazon gift card. You can take a better look at the t-shirt and the key art here:

The reveal trailer for Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess originally appeared on June 11, 2023 during the Xbox Games Showcase. New information about the game will appear on March 7, 2024 during the first Capcom Highlights broadcast.

Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess will come out for the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. It will be on Xbox Game Pass.
