League of Legends Player “Faker” Donates 30 Million Won to Coronavirus Prevention

Legendary esports player Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok has donated 30 million Korean won to coronavirus prevention. This is around $25,000. The news broke from the esports player’s official Twitter account. This news was subsequently retweeted by his team, SK Telecom 1. In addition to the 30 million won, the League of Legends player will be donating, his team will also be donating all proceeds gathered through streaming this week to coronavirus prevention causes. Faker is famous for his League of Legends achievements. Picked up the team SK Telecom 1 in 2013, he has been playing for the team since.
