The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Tips Channel Gives Away Items

Recommended Videos

People with the Nintendo Switch version of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild  may want to head to their console’s News section today. The game has a new channel that offers tips and free items. All people need to do is read a news story and click a button to launch the game.

Here is how those with Nintendo Switches and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild can make it happen. First, click the News button on the Home screen. Then, click the Plus button to bring up the Find Channels page. You will see the new The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild channel there. Choose to follow it. It will now offer occasional stories on your feed.

The North American feed doesn’t have the first tips post up yet, but people who have also added Japanese or European accounts to their systems will see the first tip. In the article, it tells you how to befriend a dog in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. At the end of the story telling you how to do so, you can click a link and get free, in-game treats to help you befriend your first dog. Loading up the game from that link, which you can do as many times as you would like, will cause two apples and a piece of meat to drop in front of Link when you bring up a save.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is available for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Wii U.
