Something is definitely going on with Liberation Maiden, Suda 51’s shooter game from Guild 01. Not only have Level 5 International America filed a U.S. trademark for the game and had it rated in Australia, they’ve also had it rated in Europe.

The USK, Germany’s rating board, has put up a rating for Liberation Maiden with Level 5 International America once again mentioned as the game’s publisher and the 3DS listed as the game’s platform.
