Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom tells the tale of a quiet boy and his giant pal exploring a kingdom overrun by darkness. Players control the nimble human and order Majin to breathe fire and pound gooey shadow creatures. These sticky shadows can bog Majin down by latching on to him. The boy can knock these monsters off Majin. In return, Majin can absorb the ooze from the shadows, which restore’s the boy’s health.

That’s one example of teamwork. Majin also opens doors and moves objects so the boy can climb to places he wouldn’t be able to reach on his own. Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom comes out on November 23 in North America.
