Meet the Famitsu Rangers in Hot Shots Golf

There’s a party in Minna no Golf 5. Everyone who owns the international version, Hot Shots Golf: Out of Bounds, isn’t invited. Clap Hanz and Famitsu are throwing the event to commemorate the 1000^th issue of the publication. Occasionally special guests like the Famitsu Rangers show up in the lobby.

If you participate in the Famitsu tournaments you can win rare character items like virtual Famitsu shirts, Famitsu Ranger outfits, and even an issue of Famitsu to carry around. I’m not sure if this is some kind of paid promotion like the Coca-Cola sponsored version of Hot Shots Golf, but it’s interesting to see Clap Hanz continually make collaborations with big brands. Meanwhile, our Hot Shots Golf: Out of Bounds is just like any other day.
