Metal Slug 2 is headed to iOS and Android devices, SNK Playmore have announced. the iOS and Android versions of the game will be ports of the original Neo-Geo game with a few added features.
In addition to Arcade Mode, Metal Slug 2 on iOS and Android will let you select individual missions you’ve already completed to play through again. You’ll also have the ability to customize the game’s controls to an extent, by repositioning the game’s digital buttons outside of the game window.
Local multiplayer is supported as well, via Bluetooth, SNK say. Metal Slug 2 will be released today for $3.99. Metal Slug and Metal Slug 3 are already available on iOS and Android.
Supported devices for Metal Slug 2 include: iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad (iOS 4.0 and above) / Android 2.3 and above.
