Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Will Allow Cross Region Multiplayer Between North America And Europe

Recommended Videos

Capcom hinted at this a while ago, but they’ve officially confirmed on their blog that Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate players in North America and Europe will be able to play together, regardless of which region their game is from.

Multiplayer compatibility between the American and European versions of the game will extend across both local and online multiplayer, so if you’re travelling and someone you know owns the game, you’ll be able to link up with them.

As reported earlier, players in the West will not be able to play with Japanese players, since Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate and its Japanese counterpart Monster Hunter 4G are being hosted on different servers.

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will be released in early 2015 in North America and Europe.
